Bucket Elevators.
Medeuros Bucket Elevators ensure upward transport of grain in undamaged and economic way desired capacity. Its drive unit is at its head section and rocker unit is at its foot section. The standard construction is made of carbon steel and stainless steel on request. The transport is being ensured by means of a plastic or metallic bucket fastened at certain spaces on the high-quality, target-oriented rubber conveyor belt.<br>The feed hopper can be installed on both sides, with cleaning covers on both sides. The tambour bearing and shaft, (C4140), roller bearings, bearing and shaft panels can be easily removed. The rocker unit is manufactured according to capacity and height.

Rotary Drums.
Medeuros Drum sieves are used in cleaning products such as wheat, corn, rice soyabean, sunflower and rape seeds etc. Light mess is cleaned with aspiration. Good product passes through sieves holes in different diameters . Large foreign substances such as straw, wood fragments, pieces of corn cob, waste etc. Will not harm other equipment. Applications like such as rough cleaning, precision cleaning, seed cleaning and grading etc. Can be performed for cereal and leguminous seeds.
Due to continuous rotation, the product flowing is better. It is precise and lighter than vibro-sieves. it's maintenance is easy. Sieves have self-cleaning feature and it can separate a very large foreign substances without clogging sieve inputs and out outputs.
Medeuros Drum sieves provide high efficiency and low power consumption with strong designed structure. Sieve hole diameter varies according to product. Sieve changing is made through easy opened side cover very quickly. Rollers, made self-cleaning during sieving. According to the situation of the foreign substances in the product, rum sieve angel can be adjusted and the annular adjustment action is made through a motorized mechanism, Drum rotation speed can be adjusted electronically.
The screening can be controlled during the operation, through the sample receiving control points.
